I am the founder of Adleman Consulting Services LLC, where I help organizations build practical and defensible AI governance and data risk capabilities — capabilities designed to hold up where it matters: to the Board, the regulator, the auditor, and the public.
The substantive part of my career has run on both sides of the table. I began as a healthcare audit consultant, equipping clients with the tools to defend their ethics, compliance, and data programs. Then for more than a decade I led the U.S. and Americas Data Risk Management program at Ernst & Young — governance, privacy, ethics, and compliance across a 50,000‑person firm. I served as technical liaison to the Office of General Counsel, designed and maintained the data risk program, leveraged automation to scale it, and worked continuously to help colleagues and clients understand what genuine commitment to data protection looks like in practice.
That early grounding still shapes how I work. The architecture of defensible programs has not changed since. AI made the question urgent again.
Today, through Adleman Consulting Services, I work with global enterprises, mid‑size firms, founders, and consulting firms on AI governance design and defensibility, data risk and privacy, regulatory readiness, and M&A risk diagnostics — helping organizations turn AI governance and data risk management into operational capabilities that support business strategy.
